Guilt-Free Healthy Vegan Brownie



Ingredients:

1.5 cups cooked sweet potato

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup almond flour

114 cup cocoa

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp oil (coconut, olive, or macadamia)

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder pinch of salt

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling on top)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in baking bowl.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment.

  4. Top with more chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 25-30 min!

  6. Let cool for an hour. Enjoy!
