Ingredients
0.2 ounces dried chrysanthemum buds
3 cups water
rock sugar or raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Bring water to a boil.
Let cool for about 1 minute.
Add chrysanthemum buds and steep for 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar or honey, then serve hot or over ice.
