Carrot Orange Vitamin C Booster Smoothie Ingredients
1/2 orange peeled
2 regular sized carrots, washed
1 cup purified water
1 apple
1 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
De-segment orange into pieces.
Peel and chop carrots.
Core and chop apple.
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy immediately!

Mango Banana Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1 large orange, peeled
1 large ripe banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Instructions
Add water and milk to a high-speed blender.
Add orange, banana, and turmeric to blender.
Add frozen mango chunks last, then blend until smooth.

Berry Pineapple Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup greens (we recommend spinach & kale)
1 orange, peeled
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 to 1 cup purified water
Instructions
Add ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth & serve.
