Honey Lemon Ginger Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
6 6 oz salmon filets
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, honey, ginger, sea salt, and black pepper.
Pour marinade into baking dish
Lay salmon filets flesh-side down in marinade
Turn oven broiler on high
Position top oven rack 5-6 inches from heat source
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Coat with cooking spray or olive oil
Place salmon fillets skin side down and coat with remaining marinade
Broil for 12 minutes, rotating to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning
Serve with your favorite vegetables or healthy side dish and enjoy!
