2 T. Ground Carrot from juicer

1 t. Coconut oil

1/8 t. Ground Cinnamon powder

If you're craving something sweet, this is a much better choice! The cinnamon helps balance blood sugar. The coconut oil and little bit of fat in the cashew milk slows down the impact of the natural sugar from the carrot juice. The spices boost the immune system.
My Favorite Smoothie
Ingredients

12 oz. Coconut Water

1 c. frozen or fresh pineapple

1 c. fresh or frozen mango
-
1 kiwi, peeled
-
1-2 handfuls of spinach
-
1-2 handfuls baby kale leaves

Tip: The baby kale leaves are more tender (but not necessary).

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 c frozen pineapple

Peel 12 tangerines or mandarin oranges

Juice the tangerines/oranges

Put juice in a high speed blender
